The boy is now in Venezuela and his mom has a webcam... so we have been chatting online (MSN) and I get to watch him. I broke down and bought one today so now we get to watch each others reactions. Webcams are funny. Mine even has effects so I can make a parrot sit on my shoulder or lightning flash across the screen - really cheesy stuff, but fun. His mom keeps popping in and out of the screen and waving and I can see them talking... and of course Jack and Snoopy keep saying hello to each other. It's just so silly.
On another note, it seems that my blog is stuck in time. Every post seems to be date/time stamped for January 19th at 11:31 AM. (I can promise you I didn't write that much in one sitting.) The ski trip was on Sunday and I posted the silly picture on Tueday ... and yet, blogger.com thinks it's still Saturday.
Any advice from the technically savvy population? Blogger helpline seems to be ignoring me.
