Finally!

We're homeowners! Yay!

Closing took forever (well, over an hour)... wow, that was a lot of paperwork to sign, and it was all so redundant. You'd think they'd rewrite the paperwork, so the addendums (addenda?) wouldn't be necessary. Go green, you know?

Oh well. Now it's time to work our butts off to get the place ready so we can MOVE IN!
