Drama!

Not really.

Family is family - and most of the drama is my response to it all. We'll just say that sometimes people make dumb decisions and other people react selfishly. And I, the one who is far away, get to stew about it all but also keep my silence. Sometimes I wish egocentric people would realize that it's not always about them.

So I went to the doctor this week so they could take my blood and test it to make sure all of my systems are in working order... they took my bp and pulse too and apparently they are too low and too slow. No surprise there, I've always had low bp which explains my dizzy/fainting spells. But the doctor wants to hook me up to an EKG monitor to make sure my electrical systems are functioning without any glitches. Kind of exciting, I think... but a little daunting nonetheless. Apparently I have the resting pulse of a trained marathon runner and I obviously don't train for anything. Anyways... I'll keep you updated. Provided my fingers don't turn blue and fall off in the meantime because my heart isn't pumping the blood quickly enough to make it to the extremities.

My thought is this: they are so used to seeing unhealthy people that they come across a healthy person and they aren't sure of what to do so they have to find something wrong. Who knows.
