Merry, Merry!

Well, Christmas around here doesn't start for another ten minutes... but I couldn't wait any longer. I opened my gifts from my family at 10:00 pm (midnight eastern... it was xmas for them, so why not for me?) I like my logic.

Anyways, I GOT A COMPUTER! A laptop from Grampy and this thing is a cadillac... it has things I've never even seen on a computer - but big brother says that normal computers have all of these things these days. I'm just living in the dinosaur age. And guess what... there are three unsecure wireless connections I can tap into from my living room, which to me doesn't seem ethical? But big brother says it's okay.

To all you computer techies out there, should I be worried about people seeking me out and watching my every move?

Also, I got an ipod for my birthday nine months ago and I can finally use it! That's what I'm most excited about.

Earlier tonight the boy and I went out for dinner. His family Christmas tradition is so different from mine - so embedded in the original/religious intention of the holiday. Wow, are we Americans commercialized... I say this as I type on my brand new computer with the bells and whistles.

Oh well. Time for me to finish watching the Pope's midnight mass. Too bad I can't understand it.
