We might be homeowners soon!
Yes, we lost the place we wanted over the weekend, but we looked again yesterday and found something even BETTER! We put our offer in last night and they came back with a counter. We are now bargaining back and forth, and will hopefully be under contract in the next couple of days. If all goes well, we close on May 16th.
