So actually THREE offers came in on that place over the weekend. They immediately rejected one of them, and ours came in 2nd after much deliberation (they say).
So they bantered back and forth and now the place is under contract. We're disappointed, but we can also pray that the schmucks can't get a loan, right?
Meanwhile, we have another appointment with the realtor tomorrow evening. And our big beluga of a pooch waits for us in Idaho.
