We're putting in an offer on a condo tonight!
Happened really fast. We just started looking last week, and who knew we'd fall in love with something so soon? It's in a great neighborhood, 2 blocks from the park... 2 bedrooms, so anyone can come visit ANYTIME and pet friendly. No weight restrictions on the doggie, so we can get Daphne real soon!
I spoke with a mortgage broker last night, and looks like we're good to go. Only problem is, just found out someone else just put in an offer on the same property, so we have to be pretty aggressive to get this one.
